While there’s a number of different ways of doing "Push Ups", the basic fundamentals still need to be apply such as: Form, hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart and straight back. In this video an "incline push up" for beginners is being demonstrated, which it’s easier than the traditional flat on the floor "Push Up" for beginners. This is an upper body exercise that progresses to a full "Push Up" once you have enough strength. The incline "Push up" targets chest, shoulders, core, back and triceps.
